I remember back to the day that Mike and I decided to start our little blog. I did not know much about blogging but I knew that I needed a way to keep family and friends updated on our progress with our triplet pregnancy. While we had many immediate friends and family excited, concerned and anxious about our pregnancy, we never realized that we would have such a large community of support that extends well beyond this group.
Once I post on the blog, I e-mail out the post to a core distribution list of friends and family. Over the past year, I have learned that this e-mail is forwarded to more, then forwarded and then forwarded. It is an honor to know that so many find joy in sharing our experiences. We have had some challenges with getting the hang of parenting triplets and we continue to learn. However, through all of these challenges, we have laughed more than I have ever laughed in my life. Andrew, Jared and Wesley are the three funniest and most interesting people I have ever met. They have taught us so much about the true joy in life.
This blog was created to keep our immediate friends and family up to date. Almost two years later, this blog has become the story of us. I already enjoy reading about the early days of our pregnancy and when the boys came home. I encourage blogging as a great way to keep those memories clear because time really does fly. In addition, little did I realize that we would find such a great support through the larger blogging community.
Today, our blog has been featured by a blog that network and support for other blogging families of multiples. Click here to read our "Shout Out." The Multiples and More Blog Network, is a wonderful way for bloggers to connect and learn from each other. I am flattered that our little blog has been selected as a featured blog! Thank you Amanda and Lani for this great network and for giving us our "Shout Out." If you are visiting from Multiples and More.... welcome! I hope you enjoy getting to know out 'little' family.
